The aim of this training

1. Strengthen Omani Women civil society groups (Omani Women Association – OWA) and build their capacity to employ the most appropriate organizational structure and methods, and to understand the difference between program development, advocacy, planning and implementation. 
2. This training targets OWA’s board members and administration staff.

Fields of Interest/ Skills:

1. Effective internal organization.
2. Designing and running advocacy campaigns and programmes
3. Marketing and mobilizing the media, especially designing, presenting written text and press releases and statements.
