Dubai Foundation for Women and Children (UAE) for the Best Civil Society Organization of the Year (women organizations, groups and unions)
AEICD (Oman) for the Best Civil Society Organization of the Year (charitable organizations)
Amal al Manai (Qatar) for the Female Civil Society Leader of the Year.
