The workshop aimed at women in leadership
positions and chalked out methods to help develop leadership qualities and strategic
planning.

It also expiored the role of women leaders in the society as well as ieadership skills, the
practical application of such skills etc., in an attempt to understand the principles and
frameworks for strategic leadership.
